Kobe Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi

Absolutely delicious. Even though you probably won't be able to eat it all you will definitely eat it for left overs. Fredes was our server and she was fantastic, Robert was our chef and he cooked everything to perfection.

The food was delicious and the chef was entertaining! We really enjoyed our food! It wasn't as expensive as I was expecting it to be. I would say it's an average price for hibachi, but the food was better than I expected! The sushi was fresh and delicious!

We always go out for Chinese food on Christmas Day but decided to come here this year. We made reservations and got in right as they opened. The service was amazing, the food was great, and we had a fantastic time! Our ages ranged from 6 to 83 and there were smiles on all.our faces. If your party has people who have hearing difficulties, this is a very loud restaurant and the seating is spread out, so it may be difficult for those folks to take part in conversation... just be aware!

Sat at a regular table this time and the food was still great! The ginger dressing for their salads was amazing! The edamame didn't have a ton of flavor.

Omar is the absolute best chef we have had here. We live fairly close and have always enjoyed the food. However, Omar provides an amazing experience as well as humor and is happy to add a little extra butter or lemon upon request. Not to mention his talent with performance. Any chef here is fabulous, however, Omar always exceeds our expectations and makes us happy when we see he is our chef for the night. Plus, his scallops are always cooked perfectly, nice and buttery, with a caramel crust! My husbands steak is always cooked and seasoned to his liking. Thank you again, Kobe, for the delicious neighborhood hibachi!

OMAR is the BEST CHEF we have ever had. He performed an awesome show. His skills with those super sharp knives are a step above the rest and his cooking skills are the BEST! It was very enjoyable. We have been dining here, as a family unit together and individually, and with our other friends, for many years. Today, my mother and I had lunch together, which is rare and special. OMAR is a ROCKSTAR with knives & best chef we have ever had! He made our experience today a memory we will always cherish. We had the filet mignon steak and shrimp, with fried rice. Our salads were fresh. The steak, shrimp vegetables and fried rice was tender and delicious and served hot. He cooked the vegetables and the fried rice to perfection. It was not too dry. It was moist and delicious. The mushrooms were huge and so was the broccoli and the vegetables. He made us laugh and we needed that.

This was our first time at the restaurant, and we ordered salmon roe sushi, sukiyaki grill, fried rice, and grilled chicken. All dishes were delicious and flavorful.

It was a wonderful experience as a tourist/someone not from this area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. All of the staff were super friendly, and were patient with us about the menu/ordering. The food was amazing! Some of us got sushi and a couple of us got the hibachi plates. The chef cooking in front of us was very interactive and funny, you could tell he loved his job. They sang me happy birthday and gave me some dessert too!
